WHO & WHAT WE ARE
Safe Haven Recovery Care is a private post-operative recovery service providing compassionate post-operative care for clients undergoing plastic surgery and other various cosmetic procedures in the Austin, Texas area.
Founded and led by Kendra Neill, RN, a licensed Registered Nurse with nearly a decade of experience in surgical and aesthetic care, Safe Haven was created to bridge the gap between surgical discharge and true comfort at home. Our mission is to ensure that every client feels supported, calm, and cared for, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too.

HOW TO BOOK
Step One: Review Packages & Services
Explore the available packages to see which level of support best fits your recovery needs. Each includes a detailed description of what’s provided. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’ll decide together during our consultation.
Step Two: Submit Your Inquiry
Reach out via text or email to share your interest in booking. You’re welcome to include your procedure type, surgery date, and recovery location to help me better understand your needs from the start.
Step Three: Consultation Call
Once your inquiry has been received, we’ll schedule a quick phone call to review your needs, discuss availability, pricing, and create a personalized care plan tailored to your recovery.
Step Four: Complete the Intake Questionnaire
After receiving your inquiry, I’ll email you an intake questionnaire to gather more details about your procedure, preferences, and recovery timeline.
Step Five: Secure Your Booking
After finalizing your plan, I’ll send an invoice for your non-refundable deposit to officially reserve your dates. From there, we’ll confirm logistics and ensure a seamless experience leading up to your surgery.
PACKAGES & RATES

THE EXTENDED HAVEN
Designed for clients who need a little extra support beyond the initial transition home. This package offers up to 12 hours of flexible care. Time can be used consecutively, or divided into separate visits over the first few days, subject to availability. Ideal for those who don't require overnight care but would like follow-up assistance.

THE OVERNIGHT HAVEN
For clients who desire continuous, round-the-clock support during the first 24 hours after surgery. This package provides full-day and overnight companion care. Ideal for those traveling alone or recovering from more complex procedures who want peace of mind knowing every need is attentively managed.

THE HOURLY HAVEN
Because recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, this flexible option allows you to schedule additional hours as needed beyond the first package after surgery or to instead be charged hourly for services. Perfect for continued support as you regain comfort and confidence at home, or for those who aren't sure of how many hours are actually needed.

They say healing happens best when you feel safe, and that’s exactly why I created Safe Haven Recovery Care.
I’m Kendra, a Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience, half of which has been dedicated to plastic surgery and aesthetics. I’ve witnessed firsthand how emotional, vulnerable, and transformative recovery can be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
And I’ve also been the patient…
I know what it’s like to wake up swollen, sore, anxious, or uncertain. To want to heal beautifully but still need a helping hand, a reassuring voice, and someone who truly gets it.
Safe Haven Recovery Care was born from that understanding, to provide the same level of comfort, compassion, and calm that I wished every patient could experience.
Because recovery isn’t just about results, it’s about feeling cared for, seen, and supported every step of the way.

Recovering from a surgical procedure can be an incredibly overwhelming process for both you and your caregiver. Which is why I wanted to create resources to help make this process easier, even if I am not the one caring for you after your procedure.
I’ve created various simple, thoughtfully designed recovery templates to help make the postoperative experience feel more organized and less overwhelming for both patients and caregivers. These include a detailed Medication Tracker & Log to keep medications and supplements clear and safe, as well as a Drain Log to accurately document outputs in the format surgeons prefer. While many surgeons provide these tools, not everyone receives them—and I wanted to offer accessible, easy-to-use guides for anyone who may need them.
